Hi, we’re a small family-owned business with over 50 years of experience in property management and in hosting USC students, both domestic and international. Some of our properties are located in the USC DPS area, just half a block from the USC shuttle bus stop and free Lyft service.

We take great pride in being honest, reliable, and dedicated to meeting the needs of our tenants. Our long-standing reputation is built on trust and a genuine commitment to providing a welcoming and supportive environment for every resident we host.

We are professional, knowledgeable, and courteous property owners. We work very hard to provide the highest quality resident services you will ever experience. We use professional vendors to ensure that your unit is in good condition.

We inspect all work performed to ensure that everything is ready before you move in. We are available 24 hours via the web to handle emergency maintenance requests. We also provide detailed move-in and move-out information.
